New Marriage Certificate

Copies of unexpired passports of spouses
Copies of unexpired passports and residence permits of four witnesses
Two photos of the couple
Copy of divorce certificate if there is a previous marriage and the marriage has been dissolved if there is a divorce
Death certificate if one of the two previous marriages died
If one of the spouses is a foreigner, a letter of support from the country's embassy
Marriage certificate fee

- In regular time 113 SR
- Late 150 SR
- Obsolete 188 SR

Replacement of Lost Marriage Certificate

Copy of unexpired passport of spouses
Copy of previous marriage certificate
Application
Two photographs of the couple
Payment amount (188 SR)

Note: - Both spouses are required to appear in person and sign the honor roll for a new or lost marriage certificate.
